Terms and Conditions for Waybien Ads

1. Introduction
Welcome to Waybien Ads, a platform that connects advertisers with social media communities (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and Facebook groups).
By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using Waybien Ads.
2. Definitions
- Waybien Ads: Refers to the advertising platform operated by our company.
- Advertiser: Any individual or entity purchasing ad placements through Waybien Ads.
- Channel Owner: A person or entity who owns or manages a Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or Facebook group/channel and allows ads.
- User: Any individual or entity using Waybien Ads services.
- CPV (Cost Per View): The pricing model where advertisers are charged per view of their ad.
- Platform Commission: The percentage retained by Waybien Ads from the advertiser’s budget.
3. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
- Channel/group owners must be rightful administrators of their groups.
- Waybien Ads reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
4. Advertisers’ Responsibilities
- Ensure ads comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited content includes hate speech, violence, false advertising, illegal goods, adult content, gambling, pyramid schemes.
- Campaign budgets must be prepaid; deductions occur based on CPV.
- Changes to campaigns under review may require additional approval.
- Refunds are issued only if a campaign is rejected by Waybien Ads.
- Advertisers may select specific channels or delegate selection to Waybien Ads based on chosen criteria.
5. Channel Owners’ Responsibilities
- Earn revenue based on ad views within their groups.
- Earnings depend on group size, engagement rate, ads per day, and advertiser budget.
- Maintain compliance with Waybien Ads ad policies.
- Waybien Ads bot must remain as an administrator in the group/channel.
- Fraudulent view inflation will lead to suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
- Payments processed monthly when balance exceeds $20.
6. Ad Placement and Performance
- Ads placed via AI targeting system or manual channel selection.
- No guarantee for a specific number of impressions or clicks.
- Advertisers can access detailed campaign reports.
- Disputes must be raised within 7 days of campaign completion.
7. Payments and Withdrawals
- Advertisers must pre-fund accounts before launching campaigns.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, digital platforms (no crypto currently).
- Withdrawals for channel owners processed monthly, when balance is $20 or more.
- Payments may be withheld if fraud is detected.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
- Waybien Ads can suspend/terminate accounts violating terms.
- Fraudulent advertisers or channel owners are permanently banned.
- Account deletion requests will be handled per Waybien Ads policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Not responsible for low engagement or ad performance losses.
- Not responsible for technical delivery issues.
- Use of Waybien Ads is at users' own risk.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be reported to Waybien Ads customer support.
If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
11. Privacy Policy
Waybien Ads collects and stores user data to enhance platform functionality.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Users may request data deletion under applicable privacy laws.
12. Amendments to Terms
Waybien Ads reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Significant changes will be notified via email or platform alerts.
